As Steve Jobs once said “The only way to do great work is to love what you do” And lucky for us, from the day that Ashia Jacobs walked in the door at Hendrix Street three years ago, she has demonstrated her love and care of her job making it so much more than a job rather she shares herself in every giving action and has dedicated herself to supporting Greg, Bernard and Darrell to live a life of possibilities. 
Ashia, your joy is shared with all and witnessed in the way that you live SPIN’s Pillars. Your passionate, caring commitment is exemplified in your daily actions and interactions with the three men and your team. Your positive attitude has definitely had an impact on your team as you are a true team player and always willing to help your colleagues. Ashia, your patience, grace and Can Do attitude ensures that the needs of the men are the priority and you will do whatever it takes to get this done!Ashia, we thank you for caring about the little things that matter! Such as you don’t miss a birthday regardless if you are working or not making sure that each of the men enjoy a very special day with all the decorations and a beautiful cake! You assure that the men’s dignity is your priority, caring deeply about their appearance at home and in the community. 
And so critically important, you have been able to develop a strong, positive relationship with family members.  Gbenah said that family members communicate their appreciation for all that you do and they share their trust in you! You are the real deal and people know it!
