Dear Chalie:

I'm sure none of us could ever count how many people are in and out of our Adult Services and Employee Services Buildings each day, but a good estimate is probably "hundreds." That many people have the potential to make a building messy in no time. But you manage to keep both buildings in top shape all of the time.

I am in and out of both buildings somewhat frequently and in three years, I've rarely ever seen or heard you cleaning. You go about your work quietly and efficiently; you help out doing "extras" whenever you see a need, and you make yourself available wherever there is work to be done. As Stan Melinson said in his nomination letter, "He's always ready to go the extra mile."

So, on behalf of the SPIN, Inc. Board of Directors, your fellow employees and especially the staff and service recipients who benefit so much from your work, I am pleased to present you with the Employee of the Month Award. We appreciate all that you do for us and thank you for being an excellent role model. Congratulations!
