Dara Bennett

Dara Bennett

Jan 4, 2012

Dear Dara,

Gbenah Lappia reminded me in your nomination letter that Martin Luther King, Jr. once said “All labor that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance and should be undertaken with painstaking excellence”.  This quote highlights your passionate dedication and outcome achievement as you are deeply committed and invested in the individualized needs of the three women you support.

As a high performance Home Life Coordinator, you consistently demonstrate SPIN’s four Pillars in your communication and action.  You deeply reflect respect for everyone’s uniqueness and support people to seek opportunities and reach their highest potential as you believe in the power of possibility.  And, most importantly, you deliver exceptional results!

Dara, your calm and pleasant qualities offer a positive environment that promotes strong and effective relationships with Cynthia, Pam, Jocelyn, their families, your colleagues and all team members.  You have empowered and nurtured a wonderful relationship with Cynthia and her mother and sister and they are enjoying time together more than ever before.   In addition, you excel in creativity and problem solving, even during the most challenging of times.  Pam and Jocelyn have benefitted from your proactive skills as you support them to have the best possible health.

Gbenah captured your strengths in his nomination letter as he eloquently shared “Dara is a person of great integrity, highly driven for performance excellence and has a thirst for learning.  She possesses an inquisitive nature where she is able to learn information that can help her perform her job as well as inspire others to action”.

The Creswood Team is cohesive and your fellow team members share that you are well respected.  One of the key ingredients to this achievement is your steadfast leadership.

So, on behalf of the SPIN Corporate Board, your fellow colleagues, Cynthia, Pam, Jocelyn and their families, it is my privilege to recognize you as a most deserving selection of December’s Employee of the Month.

Dara, as we get ready to ring in the new year of 2012, we thank you for creating and supporting Cynthia, Pam and Jocelyn to live a life of possibilities by making a difference through your actions, leading by example and motivating us all to raise the bar.  Here’s to a wonderful 2012!

Sincerely,

Judith R. Dotzman
Executive Director
