Dear Donna:
Over the past six years you have served our Early Childhood
Programs in many capacities. You first worked as a substitute, then
as a paraprofessional working with children diagnosed with autism
and currently as a teacher in an inclusive childcare program. No
matter what your role has been, you are the same loving, caring
person and the children love you back.
You approach them all from a positive perspective recognizing their
strengths and building their skills from there. Despite how
rambunctious little ones can be you have tremendous patience, tons
of creativity and unending resourcefulness. In addition you are
highly respected by your peers. You are known as a team player who
isn't afraid to take initiative to get things done.
Last year you achieved your Child Development Associate
credentials. You apply what you learned in your classroom and
support and mentor others who are working on their credentials.
Quality programs for our children is your number one
priority.
So today it is my pleasure to honor you as Employee of the Month
and to thank you on behalf of the SPIN Inc. Board of Directors,
your fellow employees and all of the children and families who
benefit so much from your work. We appreciate everything you do to
carry out the mission of SPIN, Inc. in such a happy and positive
way.
Sincerely,
Trina Losinno
Executive Director
