Edna Crane

Dear Edna,
For 21 years you have been the quiet strength in the Employee
Services department. You have adapted, changed, learned, grown and
rolled with the punches as the services to employees grew in
quantity, quality and sophistication.
To my knowledge, you've never complained; you have always accepted
what needed to be done; you moved from manual methods of organizing
information to computerization, if not with ease certainly with
grace and most importantly you are always nice to people.
Your responsibilities include preparing and mailing training
notices for nearly 1,000 employees, you are totally in control of
all training reports, you are the eagle-eye proof reader of all
material, you have typed thousand of first aid and CPR cards, you
are the backbone of organization for licensure each year and you
assure that everyone is on board with record keeping.
The Professional Development team relies and depends on your
knowledge, your skills and your devotion to excellence in your job
responsibilities but most of all they just plain love you. I think
they'll need you to give at least a year or two notice if you ever
decide to retire. You are clearly one of those people who impacts
and touches every employee at SPIN.
So it is my extreme pleasure to honor you today as Employee of the
Month on behalf of the Board of Directors and all of your
colleagues. We are so lucky to have such a dedicated person on our
team. Thank you for all that your do to support the mission of SPIN
and all of us.
Sincerely,
Trina Losinno
Executive Director
