Dear Jennifer,

I would have to say that Pat McElwaine's nomination letter described an incredible love affair between you and the gentlemen you support at Colebrook. Of course I use "love affair" in the purest and most innocent context! But after all this is nearly Valentine's Day and Danny, Brian and Steven are your number one guys.

Patrick who often sees you at the Coffee Group and various other events has observed that your relationship with the men is very "real" and anyone watching you would value the care and respect that you put into supporting them.

Missy Garvin, the Behavior Specialist who works with Dan, Brian and Steven says "Jen gives 150% of love and dedication to her work and it is obvious that the gentlemen greatly benefit from her care and support". Amber Passarella, your Assisting Director, adds that you are "a phenomenal Direct Support Professional and is a perfect example of what a DSP should encompass. Jen has done an incredible job in supporting all three gentlemen in meeting the goals and outcomes in their Individual Support Plans". 

I'll bet if we gave Brian, Danny and Steven the opportunity they would say "thanks and love you back".

So it is a pleasure to honor you as Employee of the Month and to thank you on behalf of our Board of Directors, your fellow staff and of course Steven, Dan and Brian. It is wonderful for all of us to experience such a great Valentine story that plays out every day at SPIN, Inc.
