You are the gift that keeps on giving! This isn't the first time you've been Employee of the Month and I suspect maybe it won't be the last. Laura would nominate you every month if we'd let her because you always go that extra mile.

In her nomination letter, Laura told this story about you:

"Last week I overheard Lenny Lutts talking to one of our members about a new desk that Dave Miazio just had put in his office. The member said that he (Dave) must be important and asked Lenny if he got a new desk too. Lenny replied 'no, I don't have a desk, I'm not that important.' I immediately interrupted their conversation to interject my thoughts on that statement and said, 'Don't kid yourself, Lenny. You are the most important person in this building. We could not do it without you'."

Over the past few months, NCC has been particularly busy with private parties and special events and you are our customer service specialist in this department. You cater to those coming to NCC and ensure that their event is all that they hoped for and you do it in a professional and courteous manner. Many NCC parties are repeat customers and your special attention to details and overall helpfulness are the reasons people come back.

So, Lenny, maybe you don't have a shiny new desk but a desk is only a desk. You are what is really important to us! And so it is a great pleasure to honor you once again as Employee of the Month.
