In a little over two years at SPIN, Inc. you have earned the respect and admiration of your coworkers, managers and nursing staff. As an overnight staff, a flex staff and now as a Home Life Coordinator you have impressed many with your professionalism and true dedication to the individuals you support. Last fall you joined the team at Hartel 2 and showed your strengths as a leader. Michael, Justin and Ben's lives are all the richer because you are there for them and the other team members.

Supporting Michael through some serious health issues, even coming in on your day off to help him, won you the praise of his nurse case manager, Kristen Mills. She and others have frequently reported how caring and helpful you are. You have had an extremely positive impact on Michael's ability to decrease his challenges and focus on positive things in his life. He laughs a lot now!

As an HLC you support your coworkers in working together as a team to complete all of the multiple tasks it takes to ensure that Michael, Justin and Ben have the best life possible. You very successfully model respect and professionalism for the team and bring them together to achieve a common goal.

So it is with pleasure that I honor you today on behalf of the Board of Directors, your colleagues, and the individuals you support as the Employee of the Month and thank you for your dedication to the SPIN mission and values. You are certainly a great example of leadership in action.
