There are many people, especially at SPIN, who give of themselves every day and go above and beyond average performance just because of who they are and the joy they feel when they make a difference in someone's life. And then there is Natasha Wallace who also inspires others to top performance.

You are a role model for new staff and are frequently selected to assist in training them. It is wonderful to know that their first impression of SPIN and our mission comes from you. Your high energy, commitment and positive approach to supporting individuals with disabilities speaks volumes about you.
For six years you have supported individuals in a variety of settings including your present position in the CareerNet program. You have a way of collecting friends along the way; you seem to remain a part of family support structures and you have "a special thing going on" with so many individuals, their family members, and fellow staff that you are a hug, smile and wave magnet.

So, it is with great pleasure that we honor you today as Employee of the Month. The Board of Directors, your fellow employees and all of the individuals whose lives you so beautifully touch join me in thanking you for being such a special member of our team. You are deeply appreciated.
