There are many people who come to their job each day and do fine work and go home and then there are people who roar into their day with an enthusiasm and a love for what they do like no other. Anyone who knows you or has even observed you with "the guys" for a little while knows which you are. Your unique mix of humor, love of life and knowledge has brought positive change to many lives at SPIN. 

Whether you were involved in start up activities, training for yourself, leading training for new staff or supporting individuals to move from institutional life to community life you have been a role model for others, a motivator and a truly dedicated professional. You use your warm, engaging and fun-filled personality to build wonderful relationships with individuals and fellow staff. You are a supportive team member who recognizes the importance of collaboration and understands the need for everyone to be "on board." From co-leading a weekly therapy group to organizing trips to a local coffee shop for some socializing; from working on some tough, challenging issues to talking about sports, you help people learn and grow in independence and confidence. You bring special meaning to the role of behavior therapist…friend!
