You are one busy lady! And we all know that busy people are
"doers" and get things done. Combining your responsibilities as
Home Life Coordinator for the ladies of Lansing with the pursuit of
your degree at West Chester University is no easy feat. Doing them
both extremely well takes tremendous motivation, focus and
commitment.
Speaking of commitment… yours to Maryanne, Shawn and Alice is
seemingly without limits. Your commute each day from West Chester
is done come rain, snow, sunshine or whatever so that you can
provide the ladies with the stability in their lives that is so
important to them. They count on you to be there and you don't
disappoint them.
One of the very important ways you support each of the ladies is to
guide them to adopt a healthy lifestyle, ensuring that their diets
are nutritious and tasty and that they have plenty of opportunity
for exercise and socialization. Maryanne is so pleased and proud of
her weight loss and new smaller sized wardrobe that she shares her
great story with everyone. You even do celebrations with a healthy
flair!
Outcomes are your number one priority and you make every moment
count when working with the ladies to achieve theirs and ensuring
that they have the life that they desire. SPIN is always looking to
do things more effectively and efficiently and I'll bet you can
teach us all a thing or two.
So it is my pleasure to honor you today as the Employee of the
Month and to thank you on behalf of the Board of Directors, your
colleagues and Maryanne, Shawn and Alice for your dedication,
devotion and super high energy level. We are lucky to have you on
our team.
Sincerely,
Trina Losinno
Executive Director
