Marian Wright Edelman once said, "No one has the right to rain on your dreams". Dana, Colleen and Melissa would certainly agree. These young women are in hot pursuit of the best Everyday Life they can possibly have. They have many dreams for themselves and you are entrusted to help them make them become reality!

Laura Fekete, Assistant Director at the Norcom Community Center, has had many opportunities to work with you as you support the ladies to participate in NCC sponsored events and outings. You are always proactive and solution oriented. You get every detail of a trip and determine the potential barriers and set about troubleshooting to ensure success. Teamwork is your hallmark both with NCC staff and your colleagues at Narcissus. Everyone benefits from your big smile, positive attitude and skilled communications.

Dana, Colleen and Melissa each have a unique relationship with you that stems from your deep respect for them as individuals. You support them to make wise and positive choices for their life and spend time to help them with decisions about nutrition, money and other lifestyle issues. Even when they go in a direction you wish they wouldn't, you don't rain on their dreams; you provide ongoing guidance so that they can grow from the experience.

It is a pleasure to honor you as Employee of the Month and to express our appreciation for carrying out the mission of SPIN, Inc. in such an exemplary way.
