Invite a friend to visit our Direct Support Professionals Job Fair and earn up to $250. Details below, in two steps:

2) Employee Referral Program:

SPIN will reward you with up to $250 for every person you encourage to join and stay committed to SPIN! 
Here’s how it works:

1. You MUST request and complete a referral form and return it to HR. Email Meghan at memiller@spininc.org for the form or visit HR on 10501 Drummond Road.

2. Encourage your friend to attend a job fair OR to apply online at www.spininc.org/careers .

3. If your referral is hired into a regular full-time or part-time position, you will receive a $50 Referral Bonus.

4. Upon your referral’s successful completion of the 3-month probationary period, you will receive another $50 Referral Bonus.

5. Finally, upon your referral’s successful completion of one year of employment, you will receive a $150 Referral Bonus.

$50 + $50 + $150 = $250!
