Monday, December 7th - Friday, December 11th No appointment is necessary. There are MAJOR changes to the medical plans. Please review all of your options completely. All Open Enrollment changes are effective January 1, 2010. You must stop by Employee Services if: you are making any changes to your health insurance, opting out of SPIN’s medical insurance, or signing up for a Flexible Spending Account For your convenience, we will be visiting the following commercial sites on the following dates: • SPIN West (820 E.
