Aetna coverage 2.4.15

Dear Fellow Employee,

We are sorry to inform you that Aetna has not resolved the issue with our employees’ medical coverage.  We want to assure you that SPIN’s coverage remains in effect, and this is a problem on Aetna’s side related to a technical error in their database.  This is the highest priority to SPIN and we are in constant contact with the Aetna management team.   

You do have medical coverage. Please do not cancel any health/medical appointments you have and continue to present your Aetna card for coverage. If  you have a medical appointment, scheduled medical procedure or need a prescription filled please contact a member of the SPIN Benefits team.
