Aetna Update 2.5.15

Dear Fellow Employee,
We have received confirmation from Aetna that all members are now showing as active in Aetna’s system. If you are seeking medical care, at this time your providers will be able to view your confirmed coverage. However, for most employees, the prescription coverage will take an additional 24 hours (or until about 10 am on February 6th) before pharmacies are able to confirm your active coverage.
Please call or email a member of the SPIN Benefits team If you have difficulty getting a prescription filled. We also encourage you to call us prior to getting a prescription filled anytime today. We will make sure Aetna updates your information urgently so you can fill your prescription today.
