A Great Staff Appreciation Picnic!
Those of you who attended SPIN’s 2nd Annual Staff Appreciation Picnic on September 12th made it the great event it was! This was a tremendous gathering of our phenomenal, high performing employees who all took some time out of their busy schedules to enjoy being with one another. Every department in our organization was represented at this fun event!
As we chatted with one another, we shared many stories of the work we are doing and challenges and enjoyment of working for this people first company. Of course many of the individuals we support were also a part of the fun. We all enjoyed the fact that the rain stayed away, that Bob was cooking great burgers and hotdogs, that Glenn and Maya provided the entertainment and that Mindy, Megan, Amy and Emily kept the other food and beverages coming!
It is so important for us to share our thanks and appreciation for the work each of our employees does. Without our people first employees, SPIN could not achieve all it has on behalf of others. I believe that no other organization in our field can boast of such performance excellence as our employees demonstrate. For this, I have immense gratitude and respect for each of you.
I so enjoyed talking with those of you who came out. I always learn from you about what we can do to continue to improve our organization.
