Employees who need to take additional actions
during Open Enrollment:
- Employees who opt out of SPIN insurance still need to complete the online process. In addition to selecting “opt-out” on the plans you intend to waive, you will need to upload a copy/image of your most recent insurance card or proof alternate insurance.
- Employees with dependents will need to have accurate Social Security numbers for each dependent. (NOTE: You no longer need to upload their SS cards by 12/1, but HR will require it in the New Year if the number you enter is incorrect.)
- Employees with Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). If you had an FSA in 2017, you must re-elect it for 2018 when you complete your enrollment. If you still have 2017 FSA funds left over, they will not roll over into 2018. Click Here to see what you can spend them on.
