Collective Bargaining Unit Pay Increase Information

Dear Fellow SPIN Employee:

You may have already heard the good news that in the recent negotiations between SPIN and the Union there was agreement to a pay increase for all Collective Bargaining Unit members hired on or before October 5, 2013. This notification serves to clarify how you will receive this pay increase.  

If you were hired on or before October 5, 2013 and still employed as of January 1, 2014, you will receive a 2.5% increase to your hourly rate in your Friday, January 3, 2014 paycheck.  Additionally, those of you who fall into that category will also receive a retroactive salary increase for the period from October 6, 2013 to December 14, 2013 in your January 17, 2014 paycheck.
