And Happy 45th Anniversary!
Dear Fellow Employees,
At this time of year it is important to reflect on all that is most meaningful in our lives. Family, friends and all those we love are certainly at the top of all of our lists. I hope, like me, you can add to your list that you have meaningful work and a sense of belonging to an organization with a great mission. Forty-five years ago this month the dream of SPIN and a Life of Possibilities for everyone was first realized by David and Trina Losinno, Helen Beltley and the other founders of SPIN. They would all be most gratified to walk around SPIN today and see what I am able to see every day.
As I spent time with many of you at various holiday celebrations or interacted with you concerning our work, I witnessed that even with the phenomenal growth we have experienced, the sense of SPIN family continues. Whether or not we did have the opportunity to interact recently, please know how thankful and proud I am of each of you for all you do to live SPIN’s Pillars and bring your performance excellence to our organization so that together we are able to deliver on the promise made by SPIN’s founders.
It is only when we come together as one team, one SPIN family that we can truly be a great organization. As we work together over the next five years toward our 50th Anniversary, let us set our sights high on the team we want to be and fully commit to our People First mission and to working caringly and professionally with one another. As SPIN’s leader, I fully commit that to each of you.
