Question:
Do you think that now that we don't have access to print at the sites. Is it possible for us to begin receiving our paystubs through the mail again.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. On July 1, 2011, SPIN went to “paperless” pay statements with access to pay information provided through ADP iPay. This eliminated the production and mailing of paper pay statements and was projected to result in $25,000 annual savings for SPIN in reduced payroll processing costs and postage. This was a “green” initiative as well eliminating paper. Accessing your current and past pay stubs and W-2 information is always available to you on the web via ADP’s iPay. SPIN is proceeding with the transitioning of paper forms to e-forms for economical, environmental and privacy purposes. For all these reasons, we will not be returning to mailed, paper pay statements.
