SPIN Children’s Services Northeast site is thrilled to announce that we have been re-designated at a STAR 4 in Pennsylvania’s Keystone STARS program! Keystone STARS assist us to fulfill our mission of providing high quality early learning opportunities for children. Our designation as a STAR 4 program lets you know that the children are in a developmentally appropriate and supportive environment. The children will learn, play, grow and be equipped for success in school and life. Because of STAR support, we can improve our programs. Keystone STARS grants and award funds directly benefit the children by providing new learning materials, books and toys for the children. SPIN is a Keystone STAR 4 program because we believe that quality early education is key to our children’s future success in school and in life.
