Congratulations!  SPIN is pleased to announce that our Philadelphia County 0-3 EI program monitoring for FY 2012 is complete, achieving a perfect score.  Please note that meeting all requirements and regulations is being looked at very closely and these results could not have been achieved without the hard work and dedication of the 0-3 Early Intervention team in supporting and providing quality services to children and their families.
