Mandatory - Open Enrollment for 2017 Health Insurance & Benefits

It's Open Enrollment time! You have less than a week to complete your mandatory enrollment for benefits, even if you are keeping your benefits the same. This year, employees must enroll with a benefits counselor. IT'S SUPER EASY!

Here are two quick and easy options:

1) BY PHONE (without an appointment): Call  844-794-7347 from 8am to 5pm, between now and next Wednesday.

2) BY PHONE or IN PERSON (with an appointment, get text reminders to make it easy to remember) – Visit https://booknow.appointment-plus.com/9e21z6q2/ , select “Benefit Service Center,” and click on a white-shaded date.

Employees should have on hand, their social security numbers and the social security numbers of any new dependents they plan to add to their insurance coverage.

I’m opting out of SPIN’s insurance – do I still need to schedule meetings?

Yes, and you will also need to email a copy or picture of your card to spinbenefitsgroup@spininc.org or faxed to 215-613-1021.
