2015 New Prescription Plan

Effective January 1, 2015, your prescription plan will no longer be provided by Express Scripts, and will be provided by Aetna Pharmacy Management

You should have received a new card from Aetna which includes the Rx Bin #610502.  This card is to be used for all Medical and Prescription services.

If you experience any issues, please call Aetna’s Rx Member Services at 1-888-792-3862.

If you currently have been filling a maintenance medication at a retail pharmacy or have refills left on a current prescription, be sure to alert your pharmacy that you have new insurance coverage as of 1/1/2015.

If you previously did Mail Order, Aetna will be mailing you a letter.  You will need to call Aetna to confirm that you would like to continue and give your credit card information.  If you need your prescription sooner, please click here for Aetna’s Home Delivery brochure with more information.
