On Thursday September 11, 2008 at the Norcom Community Center, Councilwoman Joan Krajewski prepared a Citation from the City of Philadelphia which was read by Michael J. Covone, Deputy Director, Office of Behavioral Health/Mental Retardation Services and Councilwoman Krajewski.
