SPIN is a Top Workplace 2014!

Thanks to You SPIN has been named as a Top Workplace 2014 by philly.com for the fifth year in a row!!! Last night SPIN employees including Kathy Brown McHale, Jennifer Davis Fenton, Judy Dotzman, Susan Emery, Vanessa Freeman, Sandi Gilreath, Lori Perks, Chris Thompson and Shanta Williams attended the celebration and Big Reveal event at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. We are pleased and proud to announce that SPIN was ranked #21 (in the large employers category) of the list of the top 100 workplaces!

Kathy accepted the award on behalf of SPIN to an incredible spirited ovation by the SPIN Team in attendance! Additionally, and especially, SPIN received another award last night for being a five (5) year (since its inception) Philadelphia Top Workplace winner! Only 9 companies of the 100 award winning companies received this prestigious honor! This time the whole SPIN Team danced (literally) up on stage to accept the award together! As you can see, Chris Thompson took a “selfie” of the team with the award.

Special thanks to Terri Delaney for nominating SPIN and this recognition is based upon SPIN employee responses to the survey that was distributed by Workplace Dynamics early fall to all SPIN employees. Almost 45% of SPIN employees responded to the survey, far surpassing the required response.  The full publication of Top Workplaces 2014 will be available this Sunday, March 23, 2014 in the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News as well as on Philly.com.
