There is a Kenyan Proverb that says, " Sticks in a bundle are unbreakable." I think you have been living proof of that this year. Together you came through Renee's illness and then her sudden death; you helped each other and Lynn deal with this terrible loss. When Renee was in the hospital, you were all there for her. When Lynn needed comfort you were there for her too. It's what families do! 

And then it was time to move on with life and find a place where you could all smile again. It was time to welcome Alice. Together you made her comfortable and got to know her and helped Lynn to share her home. And here we are, a few months later, and you are stronger than ever, supporting both ladies to gain independence and reach their desired outcomes and to have a happy life. Renee lives in you hearts and is honored by your ongoing love and caring, your great communication skills, your careful attention to medical concerns, your support of each other, and your support of Lynn and Alice. You are an unbreakable bundle.

It is my honor to thank you for this special time in your lives and on behalf of the Board of Directors, your fellow employees, and the ladies of Berwyn present to you the Team of the Quarter Award.
