Dear Colebrook Team,

Spin prides itself on its excellent workforce. Each employee is trained, mentored and brought into our culture and value base; each is supported to perform job responsibilities to the highest quality possible; each is considered to be the best in the field. But no one person is ever as good as he or she is when they are part of a team.

Our Colebrook Team has been growing and developing over several years and are now considered one of the most dynamic teams at SPIN. Each one of you compliments the others in every action. Peg Capasso says that you work so well together that you often finish each others' thoughts concerning the individual you support. You are all committed equally to the men and their families. Open communication is one of your hallmarks. Compassion is your other!

When Steven was ill and passed away, you were there for him and his family…on SPIN's time and on your personal time. Each of you also consoled and counseled Steven's housemates, Danny and Brian, recognizing their need to grieve the loss of their long time friend. On Steven's 50th birthday, you partied in his honor; you shared stories about Steven and celebrated his life. Then you welcomed Willie!...as if he were royalty with a special dinner and plenty of support for Danny and Brian. Colebrooke is now Willie's home and all of you have embraced him and will surely change his life for the better.

It is really an honor to recognize you as the Team of the Quarter. The Board of Directors, your fellow employees and the people you have and will support applaud you for your great accomplishment…Teamwork.
